Meet the Manager - Richard Boodaghian
At the age of 12 my father gave me my first job of spreading mulch. I enjoyed the hard work and was satisfied when I saw the final product. I began doing lawn maintenance in my neighborhood. I enjoyed making my neighbors lawns look great. A few years later I got my first professional job at Abmas farm. Throughout middle and high school, I maintained the greenhouse, helped plant and harvest the fields, and gave pony rides. My passion in nature and farming grew at Abmas farm. When I left the job for college, it was always something I would compare my current role to. I earned my degree in Finance from Ramapo College and started working a corporate job. It didn’t take long to realize that the corporate life wasn’t for me. Now I’m back to my roots, back to my passion. Working with dirt, plants, rocks, and making outdoor living spaces shine brings a warmth to my heart and a smile to my face. I have great mentors with over 80 years of combined experience and my work speaks for itself.
